Who's this program for?
First, you need to be ready to commit or re-commit if you've been on an activity hiatus for a while. You might be just a drop-in type 'part-time' exerciser-and that is fine, that is who my Group X classes are more directed to. I offer results, not simply sessions. The 40-minute HIIT & Circuit, an integral part of the Weight Management Program, makes fitness fun—and helps you achieve impressive results fast. This isn't your typical bark-and-bite boot camp — we use positive reinforcement, results-oriented mindset training and encouragement to help you achieve your fitness goals. Your professionally trained and certified leaders tailor workouts to your fitness level and your specific needs, so whether you're a beginner or you're already a serious athlete, you'll be challenged and make significant improvements in your strength and endurance. You'll have access to all 40-min HIIT & Circuit sessions but may not need to participate in all of them. Like a 'fitness' tour guide, your coach will help you determine the expected commitment level, exercise options and program modifications appropriate for you as you go through your journey.
Whether you're new to exercise or have a strange love affair with burpees, the purpose is to help you build a lifetime commitment to active living.

What makes us so special?
I understand there are many options available for you to choose from both locally and on-line. What I think is pretty cool, though, is my full memberships are priced competitively with places that offer 1-2x/wk, and I offer up to 6 days a week for you to choose from - and at various times of the day! What does this mean for you? Well, if you miss the first session of the day, join us for the next. If your evenings are essential family times, join us for one of our morning sessions. You have flexible options. Also, in many cases, if you want an initial fitness test or get nutrition/meal plan consulting, it can cost you extra and may even cut into your workout time for that day. With my program, you get nutrition consultation, fitness assessments and help with safe and realistic goal setting. In addition, rather than registering for a temporary time frame such as six weeks on, six weeks off or whatever the model is, here I run straight through: you don't have to keep re-registering. Just keep coming until you've realized your goals or whenever you want to stop. Included with fun and results-oriented workouts, I include great tasting 'real food' recipes, grocery lists, special events, and workshops to help provide you with the resources and education you need to live a genuinely great active life!

It's easy to lose motivation after eating veggies and drinking water for weeks [well, it isn't that bad]. That's why I hold contests/challenges and special promo

My fitness records update your required calories, and we keep each other accountable by connecting you to your trainer profile in our software app-food journalism application that allows me to see how you’re eating in real-time.

HIIT & Circuit sessions don't just focus on cardio because we know you want to tone up. I don't focus on just weights. I know you don't want to get bulky: I blend the two into a 60% Cardio 40% Strength split. My program allows me to help you lose weight AND tone up. The workout structure changes weekly from circuit training to CrossFit® style training, Tabata, obstacle training, and music-driven HIIT.
