Who's this program for?

First, you must be ready to commit or re-commit if you've been on an activity hiatus for a while. You might be a drop-in type 'part-time' exerciser-and that is fine; our Group X classes or general gym membership options are likely more suited for you. This program will offer results, not simply sessions and is perfect for you if...

With accessibility to all sessions, you have the flexibility to participate according to your schedule and goals. With our program, you can enjoy 2 days of professionally-led training per week, scheduled at convenient times, along with access to all group X classes like Zumba© and Cycle Fit, and 24/7 access to our private gym. What does this mean for you? It means flexibility. If you miss a morning session, you can easily catch the next one later in the day. If your evenings are busy, mornings are available. Our program offers set times with flexible options. Additionally, while other programs may charge extra for services like fitness assessments or nutrition consulting, our program includes these benefits, ensuring you receive the support you need without any additional costs. Moreover, unlike programs that follow a fixed time frame, such as six weeks on, six weeks off, our program runs continuously. You don't need to keep re-registering; simply continue until you've reached your goals or decide to take a break. In addition to our engaging and results-driven workouts, you'll also receive delicious 'real food' recipes, convenient grocery lists, access to special events and workshops, all aimed at equipping you with the knowledge and resources to lead an active and fulfilling life!



It's easy to lose motivation after eating veggies and drinking water for weeks [well, it isn't that bad], so we hold contests/challenges based on results, attendance, effort, and other special promos.

3. The proper EATING HABITS

This program is excellent, and the workouts are fun, but NOTHING will replace great nutrition and eating habits. That’s why we don’t leave you to fend for yourself.

Every 6-8 weeks, your fitness tests update your required eating and exercise habit requirement based on the goals you want to achieve. We monitor your body composition, strength and flexibility.

Our Semi-Private sessions are carefully crafted to support weight loss and muscle toning. Recognizing the importance of balance, our program seamlessly integrates cardio and strength training in a 60% cardio and 40% strength ratio. With a dynamic workout structure that changes every two weeks, we incorporate diverse elements such as circuit training, CrossFit®-style exercises, Tabata, obstacle training, and music-driven HIIT. By keeping our sessions fresh and engaging, we ensure you're motivated to return day after day. Moreover, our Semi-Private Training fosters a strong sense of community, making you feel like a valued member of our 'fit-fam'.
