We know you're busy, and time is precious. That's why we use a complete holistic approach designed to help you feel the best you have ever felt in your own body in a quick yet challenging 40 minutes!

Who's this program for?

First, you must be ready to commit or re-commit if you've been on an activity hiatus for a while. You might be a drop-in type 'part-time' exerciser-and that is fine; our Group X classes or general gym memberships are likely more suited for you. This program will offer results, not simply sessions and is perfect for you if...

The 40-minute HIIT & Circuit sessions-an integral part of our Total Body Transformation Program, makes fitness fun—and helps you achieve impressive results fast. This isn't your typical bark-and-bite boot camp — we use positive reinforcement, results-oriented mindset training and encouragement to help you achieve your fitness goals. Your professionally trained and certified leaders tailor workouts to your fitness level and your specific needs, so whether you're a beginner or you're already a serious athlete, you'll be challenged and make significant improvements in your strength and endurance. You'll have access to all 40-min HIIT & Circuit sessions but may not need to participate in all of them. Like a 'fitness' tour guide, your coach will help you determine the expected commitment level, exercise options and program modifications appropriate for you as you go through your journey. This begins with your initial consultation once being approved for the program.

There are numerous options available out there, both locally and online, for you to choose from. However, our HIIT & Circuit Small Group Training Program offers full memberships at competitive prices, compared to places that only offer training 1-2 times per week. Our program provides up to 3 days a week of training at various convenient times, access to group X classes (such as Zumba, Cycle fit, etc), and 24/7 access to our private gym.What does this mean for you? Well, if you happen to miss the first session of the day, you can join us for the next one. If your evenings are reserved for family time, you can join us for one of our morning sessions. You'll have set times but with flexible options.Moreover, in many cases, if you want an initial fitness test or nutrition/meal plan consulting, it may cost you extra. It could even cut into your workout time for that day. However, our program includes nutrition consultation, regular fitness assessments, and help with safe and realistic goal setting.In addition, unlike other programs that have you register for a temporary time frame such as six weeks on, six weeks off, or whatever the model is, here we run straight through. You don't have to keep re-registering. Keep coming until you've achieved your goals or when you want to stop.Along with fun and results-oriented workouts, you'll also get great-tasting, 'real food' recipes, grocery lists, special events, and workshops, all geared to provide you with the resources and education you need to live a genuinely great, active life!



It's easy to lose motivation after eating veggies and drinking water for weeks [well, it isn't that bad], so we hold contests/challenges based on results, attendance, effort, and other special promos.

3. The proper EATING HABITS

This program is excellent, and the workouts are fun, but NOTHING will replace great nutrition and eating habits. That’s why we don’t leave you to fend for yourself.

Every 4-6 weeks, your fitness tests update your required eating and exercise habit requirement based on the goals you want to achieve. We monitor your body composition, strength and flexibility.

Our workout structure changes weekly, incorporating circuit training, CrossFit®-style training, Tabata, obstacle training, and music-driven HIIT. By keeping the workouts fresh and exciting, we help you stay motivated and eager to come back every day. Additionally, our Small Group Training program fosters a sense of community, making you feel like part of our "fit-fam".
