Online Coaching Payment & Membership Terms & Conditions


(DynaMike Fitness – operated by Fitness Solutions Now!™)


1. General Terms: By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) and any associated coaching services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our services. All payments are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). DynaMike Fitness is not responsible for additional fees charged by your bank, card provider, or financial institution.


2. Payment Terms: All coaching programs, courses, and memberships are prepaid and non-refundable, except where explicitly stated or required by law. Payments may be structured as one-time purchases or monthly memberships, depending on the program selected. Programs and memberships are non-transferable without written consent from DynaMike Fitness. Any unpaid balance outstanding more than 15 days after the due date will accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% per annum) until paid in full. Access to coaching platforms or digital content may be suspended for non-payment.


3. Access & Program Delivery: Clients are purchasing access to a digital coaching program, not the personal services of a specific trainer or live instructor. Program content and support may be delivered through Trainerize, email, or other online platforms as specified by DynaMike Fitness. Clients are responsible for maintaining compatible devices, software, and internet access to use these services. Access may be suspended or revoked for non-payment, policy violations, or inappropriate behaviour within community spaces or digital environments.


4. Attendance & Accountability: Missed check-ins, live sessions, or coaching calls are considered used if notice is not given at least 24 hours in advance. Group calls or community sessions are bonus inclusions and cannot be rescheduled individually. Accountability features (goal check-ins, progress tracking, etc.) are optional tools to support success but are not mandatory for program completion.


5. Health & Safety Acknowledgment: Clients confirm they have no medical conditions preventing safe participation in exercise or nutrition programs. DynaMike Fitness does not provide medical advice and recommends consulting a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any fitness or nutrition plan. Participation is at the client’s own risk.


6. Cancellations & Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or in extraordinary circumstances approved by DynaMike Fitness. Clients may cancel future subscription billings at any time through their account or by emailing support@dynamikefitness.com. If a program is discontinued by DynaMike Fitness for reasons unrelated to the client, a pro-rated refund will be issued for unused portions of prepaid access. In cases of death or verified permanent disability, a pro-rated refund will be granted upon written request with supporting documentation.


7. Termination by DynaMike Fitness: DynaMike Fitness reserves the right to terminate client access, without refund, for:


-Non-payment of fees

-Violation of membership or conduct policies, Abusive, harmful, or disruptive behaviour in online communities or coaching environments.  


If DynaMike Fitness terminates a program without cause, a refund for unused prepaid services will be issued.


8. Program Freezes & Extensions: Clients may request to pause or defer an active program for up to 30 days due to illness, travel, or emergency, provided their account is in good standing. Requests must be made at least 10 days in advance by emailing support@dynamikefitness.com.  Extensions are not guaranteed and depend on approval and program availability.


9. Results Disclaimer: Individual results vary.  DynaMike Fitness makes no guarantees of specific outcomes, body composition changes, or performance improvements. Results depend on the client’s effort, participation, communication, and consistency.


10. Program Adjustments & Rate Changes: DynaMike Fitness reserves the right to modify program content, delivery methods, or pricing at any time. Changes will not affect existing paid agreements already in effect.


11. Website Terms & Disclaimers

a. Internet Email – Communication via email is not secure and may be intercepted, lost, or altered.

b. No Endorsements – DynaMike Fitness does not endorse or approve third-party content, advice, or services linked through the Site.

c. External Links / Software – Third-party links are provided for convenience. DynaMike Fitness assumes no responsibility for its content, functionality, or security.

d. Information Accuracy – While we strive for accuracy, information may change without notice. We make no warranties regarding completeness or reliability.

e. Liability & Security – DynaMike Fitness is not liable for damages arising from the use of this Site or its content. Users should employ their own antivirus and security measures.


12. Acknowledgment: By enrolling in a DynaMike Fitness program or continuing to use this Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Payment & Membership Terms.


Participation in any DynaMike Fitness program constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
