"I enjoy the [stretch] class because I am a runner who does not stretch enough so having the opportunity do a good stretch a least one day a week is extremely beneficial. Mike is very helpful and explains each stretch very well and watches to make sure we are all doing each stretch properly. He does not ask us to go beyond our capabilities. I have noticed after the last 5 weeks that I have becoming more flexible so I am really looking forward to continuing with the sessions."
