  • COVID-19 Protocols are in place and levels of implementation flex as permissable. Thank you for your understanding. Visitors: Please contact us before showing up. Current Pass holders: please reserve your spot so your leader can plan for your attendance and set up if required.
  • The Boot Camp sessions are an integral part of the Weight Management Program but can be attended using certain passes/membership options.
  • The STRONG Nation™ & DynaMobility classes are registered Classes. Registering will give you the best rate. You can use the a pass however, you will need to 'reserve' your sessions immediately upon purchasing your pass. A no show deems a reserved pass as used.
  • Sessions are 30-40 min except for STRONG Nation™, DynaMobility & Zumba™ which are 60 min unless otherwise stated in the calendar.
  • The Weight Management Program rates aren't published here as they depend on personal needs, individual fitness goals, and commitment level. A full assessment is required before commencing the program and presenting the investment options. It is recommended that prospects do a 28 day Challenge or 4 week V.I.P opportunity first.
