Meet Coach Mike: Your Guide to Strength, Vitality, and Purposeful Living


Hey, I’m Coach Mike, and I’m here to help you reclaim your energy, strength, and confidence while

managing life’s stress. With over 25 years of experience working with active adults, especially those

in their 40s-60s, I specialize in helping you transform your fitness and find balance, without the 

injuries or gimmicks.


My training style is a mix of Jillian Michaels and Tony Horton—think high-energy, no-nonsense 

motivation with empathy and support. Like Jillian, I push you to overcome your fears and challenges

 head-on, all while ensuring that your form, technique, and safety are a top priority. And like Tony 

Horton, I believe in variety. I 

offer well-rounded programs that blend cardio, strength, mobility, and flexibility. Just like his P90X 

program, I’m all about transformation through consistency—challenging different muscle groups 

to make sure you’re seeing real results. Whether we’re doing resistance training or mobility work

every session is dynamic and engaging.


But here’s the thing: I’m not just about pushing you to your limits; I’m about making it fun and approachable too. I blend structure and focus with a sense of enjoyment, so you stay motivated and feel empowered. No gimmicks, just real strategies that will help you achieve a balanced, strong, and healthy life.  I’ve worked with hundreds of clients to help them shed weight, increase energy, and build strength. My approach is all about meeting you where you’re at—whether you’re looking for a customized fitness game plan or a dynamic Zumba class®My focus is on helping you train well, be intentional, and have faith in your ability to succeed. 


When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me outside kayaking, hiking, or biking, enjoying the outdoors. I believe in balance—work hard, play hard, and live with purpose. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping you get the most out of your fitness journey: because it’s not just about looking good, it’s about feeling great and living a life you love.
