Hey, I’m Coach Mike — and I’m here to help you reclaim your energy, strength, and confidence while managing life’s stress and pressure.


With over 25 years of experience working with active adults—especially those in their 40s, 50s, and 60s—I specialize in helping you transform your fitness and find balance again. My goal? To help you move better, feel stronger, and live with more vitality—without the injuries, confusion, or gimmicks.


My training style is a mix of Jillian Michaels and Tony Horton — high-energy, no-nonsense motivation with empathy, humor, and precision. Like Jillian, I’ll push you past your fears and excuses while keeping form, safety, and recovery a top priority. And like Tony, I believe in variety and purpose-driven training that challenges your whole body and keeps things fresh.

Whether it’s resistance training, mobility improvement, or a full-body conditioning session, every workout is designed to build strength that lasts. My online programs blend structure, accountability, and support — so you can get real results, even from home. No gimmicks. No quick fixes. Just proven strategies that help you look, move, and feel your best.


Locally, I also teach Zumba® and STRONG Nation® classes, because fitness should be just as fun as it is functional. Movement should lift your spirit — not just your heart rate. I’ve helped hundreds of clients improve their energy, confidence, and mindset through personalized coaching. My philosophy is simple: Train well. Be intentional. Have faith. When you align your habits with your purpose, your transformation becomes unstoppable.


Outside of coaching, you’ll find me out kayaking, hiking, or biking — anything that gets me outdoors and connected to life. I believe in balance: work hard, play hard, live with purpose, and never stop learning.
