How I lost weight by eating approx 1000 MORE calories each day!

The meal planner was the final piece of my transformation tools. I always ate healthy food, but I had cut certain foods out of my diet because I believed they were “fattening”. Although I was working out like crazy, and walking every day, I had stopped losing weight. At this point, I decided to let a professional (Mike) teach me how to correct what I was doing wrong. We discovered that I was eating about 1000 calories less than I should have been eating just to maintain my weight and carry on normal daily activities. The meal plan does the hard work for me, and as long as I follow it, I stay on track with my goals. It has also allowed me to have a wide variety of foods, some of which I had cut out (bread!). I now eat bagels, almost every day...yes really, they are on my meal plan! And the ability to switch foods out allows me to choose only the things I want to eat. Once I started following the meal plan, my weight started steadily going down. I learned that: 1. It’s ok to eat a variety of foods; 2. It’s important to fuel my body properly for the demands I place on it every day; 3. I need to eat small meals all day long with the proper intervals between meals; 4. I love food!
