1. Are there any passes included in the personal training packages, or are those separate?
It is a separate investment, $30/mo for unlimited Drop In classes (EFT) if you are part of the Small Group Training program.
2. I am away for the most of the month of July. I am wondering if there are any options for that month as I will only be here for the last week.
Because the program is provided as a holistic approach to your overall wellness, including meal planning and so forth, you may want to start or finish your time frame around the time you'll be away. Otherwise, whether you're away for a week or an entire month, give me advanced notice and you will have access to my on-line coaching software. I will upload workouts for you to do while you're away. They can be tailored for hotel, gym or park workouts. You can print them out or long into the web page or use your smart phone app. This way you won't deviate too far from your overall goals.
3. What about gst?
All prices are subject to GST. Some of them are calculated for you on the Investment Option sheet.
4. Does it have to be paid up front in full before you get the $30 unlimited pass ?
Nope. You can opt for monthly installments and still get unlimited Drop In classes at $30/mo. (Note: If you break contract there will be a $50 admin fee). If you pay for your Boot Camp up front, you can do $30/mo or also all up front.
5. are you looking for people to invest in a 6/8 or 12 month plan, in one lump sum?
You're welcome to select whatever option you are comfortable committing too. *In the unlikely event something happens to me and I can't run classes anymore, you will be reimbursed. If something happens to you, you will need a Doctor's note stating clearly the reason you can't complete your workouts and need to get out of the agreement. Please be very sure you're willing to commit to 6/8 or 12 months before choosing to pay all upfront. No refunds will be provided for 'changing your mind'. Again, you can pay $30/mo or all up front for your unlimited Drop In Classes...on EFT only. 😀.
6. Can a 10 pass be used for Zumba and or Strong class?
Sure can! STRONG® by Zumba / regular Zumba®, Stretch & Relax etc. are Drop in Classes. You'll need a 10 pass or Drop in for these. You'll get a 5% discount off of the 10 pass if choose EFT (auto renewal), or unlimited classes for $30/mo if you are in the Small Group Training Program.
7. Will there be unlimited passes as well?
No, drop in classes will be only available to you with a Drop in or 10 pass BUT you can attend as many of the Small Group Training Boot Camp sessions as you want -within safe limits obviously, if you're in that program - and unlimited Drop In classes are available for $30/mo as an add on to the Boot Camp program. (Available either as 6/8 or 12 month time commitment options).
8. My pass expires mid June....would I start my new monthly payment then?
Starting June and once your current pass is done, you can select from the new options. If you will be switching from one on one personal training to the Boot Camp program, we will do it in June and retro any payments you have made. You will definitely get more training if you switched. But this is not recommended if your goals require one on one attention.
9. what time will the classes be? How do I reserve my spot?
Please view the on-line calendar and as class size increases I'll be adding more time slots. I'm keeping class size to a minimum of 4 and a max of 6-8. Clients are requested to sign into the classes ahead of time so we know what attendance will be like. This is important for planning. You're not charged extra for no shows, but if you sign up, it will be expected that you will be there as it helps with planning your session-also class size is limited to 6 people at a time. You can cancel out your sign in up to 12hrs before class.
10. Do I have to pay for the small group training (boot camp) program upfront?
It is up to you. The Small Group Training program is packed with benefits and value to encourage you and is entirely focused on doing everything but show up and do the workouts for you. As the value of the program may be a big chunk to come up with all at once, I have developed the monthly installment option to make it a more viable option to commit to 6, 8 or 12 months. Monthly installments will be carried out via auto withdrawal from either your chequing account or Visa or MasterCard. (I will not be accepting on-going cheques or cash unless you're paying up front). This can be set up either with a form and void chq or directly through your account. When the time comes, I will assist you with this.
11. What is EFT?
EFT stands for Electronic Funds Transfer. I will help you set this up either from your chequing account or Credit Card. This is to help cut down on admin time spend where I could be working on planning your next great program. It works like a car payment where your monthly contribution automatically goes through. No need to keep track of dates etc. I have been told by clients it is a great way to help them budget too. It also helps to actually encourage clients to make a bigger commitment to their level of activity even if only by how frequent they attend classes and get good instruction and help, or even if they implement a meal plan and adhere to it. So if you wanted to enroll in the Boot Camp program, but only did so because of the $30 unlimited drop in classes and activated a meal plan and did your fit tests and measurements etc., you will be maximizing your opportunity and getting more bang for your buck so to speak. You're going to be delighted if you came to one or two Small Group Training classes a week - you may even like them 😀
12. will the price go up?
Once you've selected an option, you will keep that rate. Read on...Each offer will remain until 20 clients have signed up for it. After-which it will go up. Then 20 clients will get the next low barrier offer, slightly higher than the previous one, and so on. Not by much, but it will go up until it reaches standard Small Group Training rates. There will be 4 phases in all. The initial phase is a ridiculously low barrier offer for my current clients to take advantage of. It is not presented to anyone that does not currently have a pass of any kind. The next phase of the low barrier offer - or the 'first' phase for anyone that does not currently hold a pass with DynaMike Fitness will be revealed June 1st. You get to keep your 'chartered' rate for as long as you renew your program. It may increase or decrease by $5 or $10 depending if you change your term length (6,8 or 12 months). The longer the term agreement, the better the offer. If you don't heed your reminder to renew at the end of your term, you will automatically roll into a month by month membership until you either quit or select another program. Note: You will need to renew your program within 7 days of the agreement expiry in order to keep your chartered rate, or you'll be selecting from whatever fees are applicable at that time.
13. what is the small group training boot camp schedule - when are classes offered?

14. Does the monthly installment (based on a twelve month commitment) include unlimited classes? (ie: STRONG on Wednesday evenings, Zumba on Saturdays, etc.)
No, you will need to invest in the 'add-on'. If you are paying monthly installments, that means you are in the Boot Camp program so you will get the 'add-on' for $30/mo which allows you to attend unlimited Drop In Classes each month.
15. If I decide not to commit to the new offer, what are my options?
If you find that the boot camp program is not for you, you can use a 10 pass or drop in for the drop in classes...not for the Boot Camp though. (*You can get 5% off the 10 pass if you go on auto renewal-EFT). You have the option to possibly retain One on One Personal Training services if there is a time slot in my calendar. This will give you all the same benefits of the Small Group Training but at the private training rate. You will be eligible for 50% off of the 10 pass.
